Having Something To Hold On To

You believe that you always have something to hold onto, and then it leaves you suddenly and you want it even more. We all take things for granted, let's just admit it and move on.
We all have a mother. We all have a father. We take them both for granted that they'll keep us strong. Those who don't have mothers and fathers will understand that once they go, we love them more and appreciate them more. Nothing pains more than everyday waste.
We need something to hold onto, whether it be a person or a key to your house, we all need something to keep us going through the darkened times, and by holding onto that one thing, we keep going, we don't give up, because we know they'll always love us.
When we lose it, we curl up and cry for hours until realising how good we have it.

Because you are never lost. You always know where you are, it's just the others who can't find you.
